Conference of States Parties to the UN Convention against Corruption

On 16 December 2019 the eighth session of the Conference of States Parties to the UN Convention against Corruption was inaugurated in Abu-Dhabi, the United Arab Emirates. The Conference brings together States Parties to the Convention, a plenty number of international organizations, NGOs, academia and other stakeholders specialized in combating corruption.

On the first day of the Conference, Mr. Yalchin Rafiyev, Director of International Security Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan delivered statement on behalf of the Non-Aligned Movement where he covered the major issues of concern for the NAM Member States in the fight against corruption.
